Even though bitcoin went to $8300, it's hard to claim the bull market is ongoing. The pullback is possible, moreover, even if not, then we might see a lot of sideways action. $15 000 up to the end of they year would surprise me, I don't expect the accumulation to happen that high.
Bull markets vary in intensity and longevity, this could be considered a small bull market if you want but it is not going to be as big as the bull market we had in 2017, there were very specific reasons for the bull market we saw at that time that are not present now, so it is unlikely we will reach those levels, but I think those that say that we are in a bull market have a point since the price of bitcoin has doubled in a matter of months and that is not a small feat.
Reversal is better than assuming that it's already a bull, being optimistic can helps us appreciate what the market is bringing to our investment, people loves to see pumped and if it's continuously then it will reflect to a much wider investment, holding and believing that there's a lots of potential to come bringing everything to a much higher grounds.
