Its possible but then you have to look at Costa Rica, a country which prides itself on its tourism/hospitality/service industry and the attention to detail they give it, everyone who goes there loves the service because the staff is so great. A robot AI may be efficient but if you have to choose between that and a friendly and charismatic bartender... i think I know who will make the most tips 
If they serve drinks with a robot in Costa Rica then this will be bad for their economy and tourism.
Maybe it is a point where technology does bad, because they do not increase "productivity" .
