Updating the list is a manual task and it's mostly done in batches. The most up-to-date stakeholder list is this thread (+ thread 1). Everyone in this thread is a stakeholder. (Not counting people that post bogus hashes or whatever). So have some patience and join the NEM disscussions+update thread
