We haven't received any notice from Askgamblers that the case has been reopened.
Neither have I received an appropriate response from any FortuneJack staff regarding this matter. Tell me how do you propose to refund people that have not agreed to your T&C and are not held liable to them?
Also I haven't seen any of your staff trying to deny the allegations, so you guys do admit that all such information I have provided thus far is true, I'm correct in my understanding of such matters correct? So everyone on this forum should acknowledge at least that much. Surely the company knows this outweighs more than just one persons entitlement to any sort of winnings.
