Just reading about the next Bitcoin Hardfork coming up in July. It's being billed as a Reverse Bitcoin Hardfork (RBH)? WTF

Just like you every other investors realizes that hardforks are just shit then it won't exist so it is on the hands of investors. Thoughts? Is this even possible???
