Everything is very transient, many people do not have time to get learn rules - as it is already necessary to learn and live by other rules.
Today, communication skills are a very important skill and the ability to learn quickly.

communication is key especially in this space. i find that most all projects lack people skills because those that are working on the project are computer nerds
with no social skills. just look at all the above bs posts about exchanges...where is the social manager for this project? dont tell me to go to discord. most people just want to follow the project by using a forum and to be honest, those people that are bringing liquidity to this space do not sit on computers all night. the project that lerns this will be the one that becomes the leader.
