For me definitely LBC is better than those two.
LBC has 'instant padala' which you can claim after you just requested for cash out just like the cebuana days.
While those two, they have condition that you need to request within their threshold time to claim it within the day by 6pm and if late the order is late, it can be claimed by next day. That condition is highlighted on their page.
Start trying LBC now and you will not regret.
You're right, it was a quick and painless experience. It took literally one second for the payment process to be completed (as compared to 1 hour how Cebuana used to be), and about 5 minutes to sign up once I got to the LBC branch in the mall. I was in and out in about 10 minutes. The coins.ph fee is also smaller than it was for Cebuana.
