You could contact the Campaign Manager and advise him that the provided profile has red trust for the alleged reasons provided in the feedback. The rules are his to define and enforce, and not all Campaign Managers restrict red-trusted accounts from taking part in their bounties, but its worth a shot if you consider it.
You did not noticed that OP and accused user both are neg trusted for hacked account and Merit trading.
So what is the basis of OP complain? both should be thrown out of the campaign.
