A healthy competition would be good between TRON and Ethereum but I don't think TRON would displace Ethereum any time just yet. If there will be also a list of partnerships that Ethereum had just attained then I think you'll know what I mean. 
I am agree. If both coin or developers team have partnertship, i am believe it will good for market and create a good climate investment. Tron could replace ethereum place in market cap value but to compete in price, i think its very hard
