Too much strange to explain about it, because if i say luck is basic rule to get success in gambling, then most of the other games, like sports betting here experience is more need than luck. Hence some game like dice here we don't need experience to win in this game except luck. So both luck and experience must need as a good gambler.
Does experience not include your emotional behavior? Like controlling your bet amount and like risk management. How much are you willing to risk on every bet you will do? Also how you can preserve your capital.
For me, experience in gambling includes all, even you are doing a dice game, it's not pure luck. Maybe the luck is on actual dice, not your whole game or how you gamble.
