At the moment OTC trade works like this:

1. Seller sends LLC tokens(LLC, USD, EUR, IDR and etc) to localcoin-otc

2. Buyer sends bank transfer to Seller
3. Seller confirms that he's got the money.
4. @localcoinA send LLC tokens(LLC, USD, EUR, IDR and etc) to Buyer

10 LLC is a fix fee per one trade
