I have not been able to claim with certainty, but with ICO conditions, now almost 90% are fraudulent, and I think it is necessary to consider removing ICO.
If fraudsters are not immediately prevented from continuing to become viruses, STO and IEO may be better now, except that there must be a special system to prevent fraud.
ICOs will be in the past in the near future. As very few projects showed their authenticity and genuineness when it comes to their product offering, ICOs are no doubt in the verge of extinction in the crypto market. Unless, that project has backing of big companies. STOs and IEOs have higher standards yet they can't guarantee the safety of your investments. It is still on you how to select the right project for you.
