At that point you will see governments all in trying to see how they can make their piece of the pie.  You can guarantee to see heavy regulation and a proper tax code that wont be so grey.  You will also see traditional big boy companies making their version of exchanges as well killing off these little exchanges that keep popping up.  You will surely see more scammers here on this forum that's for sure lol.
