Until I change it in the (far distant) future ... the payout is every block, as long as you earn more than 10,000 satoshis in that block (i.e. above dust)
Currently about 500GHs should get you above dust.

The dust you earn if you are below 10,000 satoshis (dust), will wait in your account until I complete the new accounting and new payout ...
