This is the summary of the people I make have ranked-up, needing merits in the process to do so (data as of last Friday I can change the image this evening when I process this weeks data):

The data is accessible using the Merit Dashboard (tab labelled Ranked-up). Example of interpretation: 13 Hero Members (during Merit System kick-off) have ranked-up to Legendary (needing merits to do so).

Edit: Updated image with data as of today (one more week of data vs this morning's image). There are a couple more Heroes now:

duesoldi -> Hero, from Sr. Member during Merit System kick-off.
sncc -> Hero, from Old Era Newbie during Merit System kick-off.
