Like that would work lol. Overselling a gpu, then under selling one by 4x, and wants the funds released upon tracking being provided? If that doesnt have scam written all over it, I dont know what else it would be. It would either be an empty box, box of rocks or a gpu that is not as described (eg a gpu flashed to look like its the rtx 2080 ti).
