Create a .bat file named mine.bat in the same folder where you extracted qwartz-cli.exe and paste the following text into miner.bat.

Save the file.
Execute mine.bat to start mining.
My apologies for not creating the thread/announcement earlier. Mining had begun since March 28. Some people found out about the coin and started mining too. I was working on a few things which didn't permit create the announcement earlier.
