Altcoins are falling behind bitcoin as bitcoin has come out of the bear market so when will altcoins follow?
Is there like a pattern to this? If there is a bitcoin bull run then obviously altcoins don't go up at the same time however when bitcoin has a pullback in price then do altcoins shine then or when bitcoin pullsback to a stabilised price for a how long certain period of time before altcoins shine usually?

Bitcoin UP= Altcoins Down
Bitcoin UP= Altcoins UP
Bitcoin Down= Shitcoins Pump
Bitcoin Price sideways= Altcoin pump
On these kind of behavior,you would really have that confusion.
