Again, it probably wasn't orchestrated to be an exit scam, but that's basically what this mess has resulted in.. Intentional or not, it seems like a lot of users no longer have access to their funds.

it sucks to lose and believe me when i say i've been there before. and i really hate to be that unapologetic #notyourkeys asshole. but it seems like people never learn to store their own keys until a custodial service screws them like this.

3 years ago, i had all my crypto funds stored on exchanges. then bitfinex got hacked, stole my money and replaced it with debt tokens. then i got bitten a second time in 2017 when btc-e got taken down! my fault this time---shame on me!

anyone who casually leaves coins on deposit for weeks or months at a time is inevitably going to be parted from their coins. if it's not bitblender, then the next service, or the next service after that. i hope these people get another chance to withdraw, but if not, this is a lesson they need to learn. blind trust was bound to fuck them over at some point.
