$0.02 cent per post and $0.03 cent per thread is very low payments rate. You can't expect any quality for this money.
$10 for 500 replies? Can you imagine how it will look? A lot of spam and copy/paste posts, who will moderate all these things? at the end, when you stop paying posters can you expect from shit posters to stay there?
