Selling via Ebay could also be an option. AFAIK prices are often higher there.

Why would anyone buy a physical bitcoin in the first place?

To brag about to your friends --- be careful though, you might lose them, especially when prices follow the trajectory foretold by John McAfee
To make hodling easier (yes - I would probably have spent it if it weren't a physical bitcoin)
Because you don't have one
Because you want to show it to your grandchildren "granddad owns a Real Casascius Bitcoin!"
Because you are a coin collector

Any other reasons?

Because a physical Bitcoin coin like Casascius were the very first of their kind as far a representing a Physical Bitcoin coin.
Where not only do you have a coin but also a digital coin in one, unique in the history of Numismatics.

Because they make my day when I look at the photos of my collection that I have safely buried in my bunker somewhere in the Mojave desert.

Because I have the collectors blood in me that draws me to these coins in a fascinating way.

Because when I explain to complete newbies how they are made and what they have inside of them I either get a look of wonder
or a look of complete amazement that I would trust Mr Caldwell with making the private keys, which by the way I do completely.

Because our hobby is very unique in the world of collecting and still at its infancy. We are the very first of our kind in this genre of collecting.

And yes because someday I will want my offspring to inherit these gems from the past that helped to change the way people perceived Bitcoin.
