Highlights from the latest non-mandatory, minor release 0.1.6.8

- Improves typical AES-NI hashrates by at least 5%, and software AES hashrates by at least 10%, depending on machine configuration.
- Improves initial synchronization times by roughly 25%.
- Makes RPC SSL default-disabled to preserve backwards-compatibility, which fixes nerva-wallet-cli hanging due to SSL autodetection, and eliminates spurious SSL-related warnings.
- Fixes occasional nervad segfaults on shutdown, due to double-freeing LMDB transactions.
- Fixes memory leak in software-AES hashing.
- Stops suppressing certain error messages, such as AES-NI being unavailable in AES-NI builds.
