Replying to your point 1 and 4 Combined, all of the people on the project will need to perform KYC? And I'm very unclear about point 2, ideas about game are not acceptable? So on what category should they build their project on?
About point 2 ( games wth 0% of development will be rejected, no chance to be approved ).
