We already do this every day. Only now we would try to meet the objective standard of evidence of theft, violation of contractual agreement, or violation of applicable laws as opposed to whatever anyone feels like.

Unless we do these issues will only continue to get worse as more and more people seek to elevate their status by destroying the status of others indiscriminately as if they are trying to rank up in a game.
