Don't believe ... he is a scammer
You must not have trusted a newbie guy. Escrow was must for this transaction. Why don't you tagged the user if he has scammed, although it's a proved scam.
How it is proved? I am not ever going to use telegram! It is a russian services where anyone can delete whatever evidence of a conversation. Join my discord channel and check it out! He came and said I am a scammer, I deleted not even a message. So who's a scammer?
So you didn't scam him? Then what about the telegram conversation he posted. All of this are fraud? Isn't the person you? Did you have any conversation with him or someone else it was.
