Payouts are manual but with the help of a script to quantify the transactions from blockchain.info and then output data for a sendmany transaction.  I feel the manual step is important since it keeps funds in a wallet that isn't accessible from the web.

Automatic is nice and convenient, but not very secure.  Even MtGox has been hacked.
