This is not a stale market, it seems there is the tendency to continue growing.
Market may continue to rise and grow in coming time .it does not seems that it will get stablize at this point of time . Also btc never get stabilises for long time anywhere . It may get little stable for some time only but not for a long term .
You are right the price is not fixed at the moment but it use to get higher and low it is because bitcoin has the most volatile nature, when more people use to invest in crypto currency it makes the price higher and when more people sell so it makes the price low, but it is not possible for it to become stable ever because of volatile nature.
