ICO didnt died, they just changed their name for something more exotic.. IEO.. in fact is the same..same patterns, high FOMO kicking in and people buying like crazy.. my next target: Beatzcoin... do you own research and enjoy 
no, in my opinion ICO and IEO are different even though there are similarities but in my opinion it is not the same.I am sure if the ICO does not change into an IEO because if so, the ICO should no longer exist because it has already changed with the IEO.
and in my opinion the IEO and ICO will run side by side.
