Are you looking for a spreadsheet or ico list site? but what do you mean about "any" in this case? Or are you looking for any crypto related project like IEO, ICO or etc? Maybe you don't need to pay anything and just visit icodrop and mostly of major exchanges are taking their IEO from that site.
