Do we need watchman for Sanctuary ?

The guide still has it:

Some bugs in this Guide:
* cd ~/.biblepaycore
* Linux compilation steps are no longer valid for EVO
   I didn't compile, I just took the TAR file with Linux Executable from Biblepay.org -> WALLET
   and of course also this :  git clone https://github.com/biblepay/biblepay  
* PART C - Install Sanctuary Linux Wallet is probably not updated
