Sure, if you were well-informed, it was fair.

I just highly doubt that much of their customer base outside of Bitcointalk knew what was happening though. All the people/casual bitcoiners that mixed through darknet markets etc probably didn't even notice it was shutting down until it was too late.

Except that would be nobody’s fault but there’s for not keeping on track of things. It’s not the owner’s fault that they can’t read emails and such. Though the owner should obviously take the time to tell everyone that left coins that they should withdraw before the site truly closes especially for things like this. As it stands, it’s damn generous, which is nice for the customers.
As some of the previous users stated, it might not be the fault of the owner that some people couldn't read their emails but it unprofessional that the owners have to give people some hours to withdraw their fund cause he ought to make it at least a week before they can decide to shut down the system for the time we all spend on the internet are not the same.
Atleast he do make some warning on withdrawing coins- lets say 24 hours will be already enough but as said 1 week before the closure or 3-4 days would really be nice but
we dont know why they are soo much on a hurry and i feel sorry for those who wont able to get out.
