Thanks but bitwallet is saying its not a valid private key. I found an old comment suggesting its a compressed private key but I'm not sure where to go from here.
How many characters is the private key, and what does it start with (say the first 2 characters)?If this is a format I missed, I'd like to add it to [overview] Recover Bitcoin from any old storage format once you know how to decode the keys.
