I have Ziraat bankasi account and I would like if I will have problem receiving or sending money from and to Crypto currency exchanges ?
Anyone has any experience sending receiving money from foreigners and local crypto exchange ? which bank do you use?

Crypto trade is not legal or forbidden in Turkey. There is no regulation about it. So there will be no problem with your account. It shouldn't be. But you have to careful all the time. High amount of transaction may require investigate your activiy. Don't take any risks.
