Their official website looks dead or the site is not accessible here in my country? I can't find any method or guide on resetting or flashing this but check this post below.
Did you try to reset them through IP reporter or reset button under the control board near ethernet socket? It looks s9 miner that is why I suggest you try the reset procedure by holding IP/reset for 20 sec while the miner is running for 5 minutes.
If it doesn't work try to contact them.
I can't access their website it looks offline or expired domain but I found their contact info you can check the list below.
