Can you please explain how improvement of "strategies" comes in the picture when you talk about luck based games? If you are playing dice you dont have any opponent. If you are playing sports betting, then also you dont have any opponent literally. You are playing against the house who is the omnipotent winner. You are just being milked off your money.
