Anyone needing a good old project to fine tune your coin dev. skills?

BOB needs some tweaking that'll require a hard fork and there doesn't seem to be any of our devs indisposed. Since last halving, BOB has been stuck at a ridiculously low 2.5 BOB reward per block and I figure there are some other coin specs that might use a twist. Since it's a small community who mine it, and the only exchange it's on won't accept US clients - I doubt anyone would mind.. would we? And perhaps adding a POS & Masternodes would be bad ass..

If I we're paying.. This is what id want.   

Alter block reward back up to 10, every 2.5min, w/retarget every block.
Add POS & Masternodes, but no anonymous/Zcoin/pivx garbage.
Split 10 reward 50/50 between Masternode and POS.
