I plan using one of your client's site to pay by bitcoin for equipment and I'm unsure as to whether they are a legit-able firm, do you kyc your clients in case i have to reach them for non-delivery of service?

We do not do KYC, please check the credibility of the merchant before making payment on any website. Also note, we only provide payment gateway service and for any non-delivery and refunds you need to contact the merchant.
