Sorry mate, the only way you can get to sell your coin is when you directly transfer you coin to where it will be sold and you get the fiat equivalent in return and for you to do this, you must have access into your account. Now that you have lost your seed word, there is nothing much I think you can do.

I don’t know if there are solutions around to this yet because I have never been in this type of problem for me to know the solution to it. Let us hope if another guru will be able to assist which I am not too sure. I hope that you don’t have so much coin in there, next time, kindly backup your seed words in your email and guard the email with very strong security password.
