Because Exchange taking some comission about 10 to 20 % from total fund raising.
If any IEO is making loss of investor(trader of exchange), its same like ICO loss...
Exchange and project both are equally responsible...
And that's it, but remember about when you have participated in ico and then you will blame the developer to not create a proposal to be sent to the exchange site to get approval and listing. What will be the differences? Im not even seeing it right now.
How exchange site will create its own revenue without taking the fees?
You can trust IEO when you can afford to lose your money.
