Most definitely that's going to binance. I stopped watching that address for a few weeks now because every time I see that address it makes me angry lol.
They did slow down alright  Embarrassed only with a fraction though them sneaky bastards

I won't say they slowed it down because previously they were sending 1B token every week at a one go to binance but now they are sending the same amount but in two batches of 500M.
