It is not 1 ETH every day if the timer is reset or has time added to it every time a new person deposits. For all we know the game owner is a whale and has plenty of ETH to retain and add to the timer. Of course it is for whales. You think you can compete with someone with 10 ETH? 100 ETH? More?
