By looking only at the yearly lowest dollar value you'll find out that Bitcoin is always more expensive in a given year than in the previous year. On average, its dollar value increases (at least) 325% p.a. on average (2010 - 2018).

In 2016 the lowest price of bitcoin was around $600 and in 2017 was around $800 before the bull run that took the price to almost $20,000 and it then dropped in 2018 to a lowest of $6000 which is way above that of 2016 and 2017. Though this year was different, Lowest this year was $3,300 before this uptrend that we are seeing now. So the lowest price for every year is likely to be above the lowest for the previous, but still if you invest at the wrong time you're still losing, doesn't change anything.
