Bitfinex is not such good like in 2017. As for now top exchanges are: Binance, Okex, Huobi and Bitmax. Kucoin is quite good too. All this exchanges pumped a lot their last IEOs...

They may not be in the top list now but, they do have good credibility in the crypto world like bittrex.

Exactly. Bitfinex is a solid exchange for the start. Bitmax, Huobi and Okex mostly report fake trading volume. Maybe they can list their token there too at some point but I don't see a reason why any of these would be a better choice than Bitfinex for the start.
