I call bullshit on this user.  
This was posted today as well on another thread. (Wife going to go ahead and broker/audit deals while op is in ICU? for 100 s9's?)
These are classic red flags of a exit scammer, Could just be a series of circumstantial stuff, I don't think so though.(Newbie account too)
I would recommend using escrow on any future deals with this user no matter how minute the amount.
