Honestly the altcoin market is just full of these false promises of big thing and big changes just to get people to invest in them,
It's up to you on how you see it, hype is very important for people to buy the coin, and Justin did it but his hype now is not as good as before as over time people learn and more matured in decision making.
.and all in all they are just a big scam trying to make profit from people who are blinded by greed and does not have a real experience in this market,
As long as the project remains legit, we can't conclude if their action will lead to scams.
back in 2017 when this trend of small coins that you can make a lot of profit from them blinded a lot of people which lead to the market being flooded with coins that are scams, and by now people should know better than to follow some false promises.
Like I said, people learn and they are more matured now, eventually the victims of this possible scam will be lowered as most investors will become aware of this already.
