@OP : If you have a budget of 20 BTC, you should start by showing a signed message of at least 5-7 BTC to attract quality developers. Or your thread will only be taken seriously by Pajeets/idiots like the ones who have posted above. They can't code for shit and especially have zero reputation on the forum. They will take the upfront payment and disappear. Avoid Pajeets like above including icosonar/csankur and other newbie accounts with zero reliability. Making a crypto platform as big as you've stated isn't a single person's job. You need a team with designers/developers/managers to execute the project properly.
