If it's going to be a stable coin then it's not something you want to buy as an investment, just something to use. As a speculator you will want to stick with bitcoin instead then change to globalcoin when you want to buy something
I guess they would not make this big announcement if they are not looking for investors, they want to compete in crypto, so definitely want to gain some investments from the people.
