Maybe somebody will be interested in my ideas - please look at some exchange tokens, because those with a good use case (dividends, lower fees, discounts etc.) may have a great price increase potential.
Binance proved that exchange tokens has potential, look for a new or upcoming exchange that you think has unique and more to offer to the people.
That is its potential, they are cheap now, so people should buy, just don't think and believe that BNB will always be the number 1, time will come a new one will replace its position and hope that would be the token you invested now.
This is a good idea. One way to help to identify the coins of the future before they become big is to look at what is big now, and then look among the new low cap coins for something that does the same thing but better - or has the potential to do so. Of course once you think you've identified a contender, thorough research is still essential.
