Re: Gambling frustration and depression

Frustration and depression come mostly when we make gambling as the main way to get money and we play beyond our limits. I experienced such feeling too in the past just before I realized that gambling could lead me into the hard situation if I keep playing and obey my greed.

That is what a poor mindset does. A person having a poor mindset will always think of a way that he or she can do to make easy bucks.
Therefore it will always be a matter of decision making. Tho, by this depression there are also some who can overcome the said situation and will go back more prepaired , much wiser and careful.

easy money dont exist and all the people chasing easy money getting burned sooner or later, if its in gambling, crypto or stocks its all the same easy mone dont exist,

There's easy money only if you are able to utilize the opportunity. Basically, gambling has so many opportunity that exist for a gambler, if they can strictly obey the rules that govern the game. Life is all about risk and those who survive are those who take risk, those who are able to take the said risk will accuse the successful ones. Greediness on the part of the gamblers make them loose more when gambling and not that there's no free money.
