I have one transaction without confirmations since 10.2.2014
Using Bitcoin-Qt newest version.
I'm also trying to find out that are these funds lost or is there a way to get them back

the transaction which is stuck is not found on blockchain
it is a ~0.2BTC transaction and I paid the 0.0001 fee when sending
at the moment I'm doing a complete re-sync. hopefully it will help
